Planman Overseas Learning And Recreational Experiences (POLAR Experiences) is a Travel Consulting & Destination Management unit of Planman Consulting and was launched in 2003. Although considered relatively as a new comer, it has acquired an excellent positioning and a good market share through the quality of the products and services it provides to its customers.

POLAR Experiences is headquartered in Delhi with the regional offices in Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Calcutta, Hyderabad, Pune and Ahmedabad. Besides our own offices in these cities, we also have our associate offices all over India to cater to our clients' needs.

Being a big group and having a very strong infrastructure, we enjoy preferential treatment in all the areas of our work and therefore offer unparalleled value to our clients. We also have our independent Event Management division; with its own creative team of people who conceptualize the events on case specific basis.

POLAR Experiences has handled, in the past, the travel arrangements of various clients like Unilever, Electrolux, Timex, Bank of America, IMD Lausanne, IMI Belgium etc within India as well as to global overseas destinations.
